Having just whittled down my own existence to about 1/3 the square footage in the country (not counting the outdoor acreage), here's what I absolutely, positively had to have come along with me on the 5-plus hour drive (presented in no particular order, but you can guess which ones are platinum versus nickel in my heart...):
largest-sized tubs o':
comino
chili powder
garlic powder
coarse ground black pepper
basil
pretty big (but not giant) jars o':
kosher salt
table salt
a certain relatively locally-famous Cajun spice mix
oregano
cinnamon
something tritely called "Italian mix"
regular grind black pepper
plain ol' sizes o':
rosemary
sage
thyme
Spike
tarragon x2
more cinnamon
ground nutmeg x2
whole nutmeg
dill weed
ground cloves x2
allspice
caraway seeds
coriander
curry powder
turmeric x2
gumbo file
cream of tartar
2 bottles of hot sauce
What you got, sugar?

gigantic bottles of Louisiana Hot Sauce
Oregano
Salt
BP
BS
Paprika
Cinnamon
Sugar
Nutmeg
Cloves
Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- I think I could Live with these few spices and baking ingredients, but it's always nice to have more.
