Okay, I know it's mostly an age thing, but I bet it's also got something to do with me having done roamed about the inner city quite a bit more than most white girls back in the day.
Before you go thinkin what you're thinking, let me just toss in here that I spent half of my 20's and half of my 30's doing social work. In "the field" -- not in an office.
Anyway, white males just should not rap.
When I say they make me feel dirty, I am not talking about in that way you get on a Saturday night after cooking while swilling beer and wearing leather.
I mean that seeing white boys rap (after all, hearing them just isn't the plan for anyone, since some music's really mostly about the visuals anymore) makes me feel like a close relative is touching me in the wrong places. That kinda dirty.

The other day, this got passed my way...
and okay, it's sort of funny. But I literally had to shut it down halfway through just because I felt squeamish watching those guys. Now, I know that in this particular video, they were totally banking on that I'm Too Stiff To Jam look. Doesn't matter. It still made my lunch tacos need an extra gulp to go down.
I can't afford to lose my lunch tacos.
